Why do you want to attend The Inner Work Immersion? What are your intentions and expectations?

Have you practiced yoga or meditation before? Beginners are welcome!

The retreat center is an off grid eco-conscious enviroment created to immerse you in nature. Do you have any concerns about living minimally in the Hawaiian jungle? Most bathrooms are communcal as well as partially outdoors. Most cabins are simple structures screened-in to allow the trade wind breeze.

The retreat center is a reverent, vegan, sober environment. Are you okay substaining from non-perscription drugs, marjuana, alchohol, and animal products for the duration of your stay? Do you agree to observe silent hours from 9pm-9am?
